We believe the transfer of knowledge is a critical step in enabling the workforce to maximise the use of a platform. Providing adequate training and bringing a calming presence to the challenge of learning a new platform greatly speeds up the comfort level. The “train the trainer” model allows you to choose key employees that will adopt the platform quickly, champion it to the rest of your users and act as a knowledge base for other employees.

Training consists of half-day onsite with 2 sessions (maximum of 10 users per session). Additional training can be purchased in half-day increments. A conference or meeting room is required.

Our administrative support option is valuable as it gives you the option to call us for support in order to resolve your issues with speed and urgency. Our support team, equipped with detailed knowledge and documentation of your environment can also respond quickly to requested changes to your platform, ranging from; Moving/Adding/Deleting users, registering new hardware, enabling and modifying features, and other services that keep your system running at optimal performance so you can focus on your business.

Administrative support is remote only. Service Level Agreements are as follows.

P1 = total system outage. Response time = under 15mins

P2 = certain units and features units working Example: A phone is not responsive or a Webex Board is now joining meetings. Response time = under 4 hours

P3 = feature requests. Response time = 24-48

Limited to 30 tickets in a quarter. No rollover. Additional tickets will be billed at 75GBP per ticket.

Onsite work will be billed at the daily on-site rate of 500GBP per day with a minimum of 1 day.

With our installation assistance, a certified technician will visit your premises to deploy the system and ensure that all parts of the solutions are working properly and optimized for your business. The engineer will also be available to make recommendations for future enhancements and expansion as your business grows and adapts the new platform.

The one day onsite will include setup, configuration and administration handover of your system. The first half of the day will be spent performing the setup and testing. The second half of the day will be focused on an introduction and familiarisation with the admin portal. For extended training please see the staff training option below.
